Prioritize Form

Just some thoughts and encouragement to end and start off a good week. Stretch and pay attention to form. It's important. Especially at my age (36). Over time our skeletal muscles tend to wither and weaken. A 10 min stretch at the least will prepare you for an intense workout. Proper form will strengthen small muscle fibers and prevent injury. 


10 years back, I use to walk in the gym and just start lifting. Heavy at that. Young or not, these two components are essential for improvement in muscle growth and strength. Be smart and be healthy during this month. But, taper it off with fun and enjoyment for the summer!
